Aaron for Model Number KSSC42QKS01 My water dispenser fails in the open position and must move back and forth to get water to stop flowing. Assume it is a bad dispenser switch as indicated by your page. However, the video to get the front panel off does not apply to my unit. It is a Stainless Kitchen Aide. I have put putty knife all around the dispenser panel and see no way to release it. Only other way I see in is to remove all of the perimeter screws but I am not going to do that unless I know it is the path forward and risk damaging the unit.
