Dave F. for Model Number GD5PHAXMS00 I have ordered the switch micro part no AP3131893 in order to get my water working again and I can not figure out how to get to the switch in order to replace it. Do you have a diagram or instructions showing me how to take the front cover off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Dave
Answer Hello Dave. We do not offer any diagrams of how to install this part. You will need to remove the front dispenser cover by unsnapping it off the freezer door. Then you will see the screws to remove the dispenser housing. Once the dispenser housing is removed, you will be able to access the microswitch. Hope this helps. Read More...
