Marco for Model Number KSCS25FKSS00 Hello, water and ice dispenser are not working, I can hear the click for both of them when we push the controls, also the light does not turns on. Is there a reset switch that controls the electricity for these components? Ice maker keeps making ice, meaning water is filling the ice maker, but it does not dispense ice or water, completely dead. Please help.
Answer Hello Marco. Look for bad wiring on the unit and also, check and see if the front cover 2186511B is bad. If there is power to it, but nothing working, you will need to replace the front cover. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
