David W for Model Number KSBS25IVBL00 A few days ago my Kitchen aid refrigerator model number KSBS25IVBL00 the refrigerator side light started flickering it appeared the switch was shorting. i could flip it and it would come on. Today its does not operate at all. I open the freezer side and the light does not come in there either?? i removed both bulbs and checked them with a volt ohm meter and they both had continuity? are these interconnected?
Answer David, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty main control board W10219463 and unfortunately the board has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available.
