Richard for Model Number MDB6650AWW My dishwasher doesn't seem to be getting any water. If I fill it with water it will work properly and run through all the cycles. I checked the water supply to the dishwasher to make sure it was on and there were no blockages. I also replace the water inlet valve and that did not fix the problem. The float is working properly and I can feel it move freely and I can hear the switch click. I haven't looked at the water level control switch yet. Could that be the problem? Please advise. Thanks, Rich
Answer Hello Richard. Test and see if there is power coming to the water valve on the unit. If there is power there, and your getting no water, you will need to order and replace the water valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
