C. Kurtz for Model Number LSR8010PQ2 My washer continues to fill, then overflows. I've checked, and the little plastic hose in the control area, is attached at the switch and at the bottom of the tub. I've blown air through it. How do I test to see if the switch is bad? Thank you. I'm a girl, so don't get too complicated! :)
Answer Hi C. A quick way to tell is by starting the unit in a regular wash mode and get the normal fill going into the tub. Then simply remove the power by unplugging it. If it still fills then your water valve is stuck open. Part # 285805. Let us know if we can assist further. Thank You. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Saturday, November 5, 2011
