Tom for Model Number GHW9100LW1 I am getting a F followed by 02 error during the spin cycle of a wash. The water drains through the wash cycle however shuts down at the last 9 minutes of the rinse cycle. The water pump does make a noise. However sometimes I can switch the knob to the drain and spin cycle and it will drain then. Does not always work but sometimes it will. Is there a sensor that could be tripping? Or does this sound like a pump issue?
Answer Hello Tom, You will want to check the pump and drain hoses to make sure that they are not plugged. Check the connections at the pump to ensure that the pump is operating and there is no corrosion. If everything checks ok then you would need to replace pump. Read More...
