Irene for Model Number WFW8300SW0 Machine giving code F22. Door locked and can not open so took of front panel to open door manually. Now still code flash F22 and door will not lock and can not use washer, tried manual diagnostic test but will go back to F22. Can it just be the door latch assembly?
Answer Irene, The door lock could very well be the issue with the unit giving the f22 error code. You will want to check the connections at the control board and door lock to make sure that they are not corroded and have a good connection.
