Hello Andy, Unplug the machine, remove the back from the control panel, pull off the knob, remove two screws, pull a wire off put it on the appropriate terminals on the new part and continue this until all wires have been transferred. Re-install the screws that retain the timer to the control panel, re-install the knob and rear control panel. Plug the unit back in and test.
