John A Conway , SC January 17, 2015 Heating element would not come on most of the time Talked with the pros on this site and they were very pacenate with me as we went through one thing and another. We tried several things and they wrote me back some possibility to check out. With emails, phone calls back and forth, and online chats we determined it was the timer. For some reason power can be going to the heating element but if the timer is bad, everything will work but the heating element won't work. It was mailed right off and came on the day they thought it was. Guess what. We have a working dryer now and it is so very nice. Thanking You Appliance Parts Pros J. A.
