Ajay, You will want to double check the venting just to make sure that there is nothing clogging it. Also check the cycling thermostat to make sure that it is good. The two smaller terminals should have voltage to them when the heating element cycles off. It sounds like the cycling thermostat may be the issue especially since the accu-dry is not working.
