Chris for Model Number LEQ8611LW1 Dryer comes on and stays on for about two minutes. Then buzzer sounds and dryer turns off. You can turn the timer to one certain spot and it will stay on for about ten minutes at the time before shutting off. This seems like it has to be the timer to me.
Answer Hi Chris. Has your timer knob been off and possibly been put on upside down? Is the dryer abnormally hot above the center of the sides/top and overheating the motor? It will momentarily shut off the motor and then restart when the motor overload resets itself. The vent system needs to be cleaned along with the outside vent hood/cap operating properly.
