Erica for Model Number WFW9250WW00 My washer kicks off on all cycles and shortly after starting it begins flashing E1 F1. The door will then remain locked, then finally unlock. I’ve read it could be the control board. I hope not and it’s a cheaper fix, but that’s unlikely. Thank you
Answer Hello Erica, As per the tech sheet, you will need to check the following things first: Check for a loose power outlet. A loose power plug in the wall can create line noise and issues. Check if the washer is on a dedicated circuit. Other devices on the same circuit can create line noise and cause this issue. Unplug washer or disconnect power. Make sure that wire harness connections from the CCU are not broken or with wires detached, and that connector internal pins are visible. Make sure all green wires (ground harness system) are not broken or detached. Make sure the two ground switches are pressed correctly by the toe and rear panels. Make sure all connectors are fully seated. Plug in washer or reconnect power. Check for power going to Central Control Unit (CCU) by listening for a click in the CCU when the unit is plugged into the washer or when reconnecting power. Verify washer operation by performing the Diagnostic Test on page 5 of the tech sheet. After the diagnostic test has finished, unplug washer or disconnect power and wait for 15 seconds. If no problems are found, replace the CCU WPW10525362. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, June 28, 2018
