Bradley for Model Number medc200xw3 My dryer will not start. I tried a new start switch and this did not fix the problem. The door switch as well as the thermal fuse test OK on my multimeter. There is power. When the start button is pressed nothing happens. There is no movement on the timer during the timed setting. Could it be the timer?
Answer Bradley, If the door switch and the thermal fuse are good then you will want to test to see if there is power getting to the motor when the start button is pushed. If there is power but the motor is not starting then this would be a faulty motor. If there is no power then test the timer to make sure that it is sending power to the motor. If it is not then the timer would be faulty. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, March 12, 2019
