Tim, For the unit heating in the air fluff cycle, this would more likely be an issue with the temperature switch or a grounded heater. As for the timer not advancing, if this is happening in all cycles then the issue will most likely be either a faulty timer, which has been replaced, It would be recommended to check to make sure that there are no wiring issues causing this issue.
