Jimmie, With the unit not heating and the timer not advancing then the issue would be a faulty timer. You will want to check the thermal fuse next to the heater to ensure that it is not open but if it checks ok then you will only need to replace the timer. If it does not check ok then you will need to replace the timer and thermal fuse.
