Buddy for Model Number LER4634EQ1 My dryer quit heating and on 3 of the 4 cycles, the Timer quit advancing. The heating element is bad, but all of the thermostats, the thermal cut off, the thermal fuse, the high limit all test good. Only the timed high heat advances the timer. Does the timer receive some sort of feed back from maybe the thermostat heater that enables it to run during the automatic dry miser cycles?
Answer Buddy, The timer will not advance during the auto dry cycles if there is no heat getting to the unit. Once you replaced the heater the unit should resume normal operation. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, October 28, 2014
