Lloyd for Model Number LER5636EQ3 My dryer will heat up and dry ok but it will not cut off in auto mode. I have checked out everything an they seen to be ok.Do you think I need a new timer?
Answer Hello Lloyd. You will need to check the cycling thermostat and the resistor 279872 in the unit. If either are bad the unit will not advance in auto mode. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
