Joe D. for Model Number Maytag MTW5840TW0 My washer does not work on the heavy portion of the Normal cycle. If set on 9 minutes it agitates for 4 or 5 minutes then soaks until the rinse cycle. Does this sound right? My issue is that when i i set the timer to the 18 or 15 minute cycle, it just agitiates forever. Does not go to soak then rinse. What do you think is the issue?
