Sid for Model Number mvwc500vwo Timer works in every position other than when you set it on heavy load, there it will run for ever. Is this a bad timer or possible something else?
Answer Hi Sid. Has the timer knob/skirt been turned upsidedown possibly? You will need to check the vent and clean it out. Be sure and clean the vent pipe and the dryer air duct assembly. If the air flow is not good, the unit will retain moist air causing the clothes not to dry. Try running the unit with the vent unhooked from the back of the dryer and see if the dryer works properly. If All of this is OK, you will need the timer assembly part # WPW10111389. Thank you. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, August 10, 2011
