Karen F for Model Number MVWC 500VWO I replaced the timer, part number W010111389. I am still having the same problems. Will not work with cold water. Washes on Warm water will spin; but will not rinse. Could the timer be defective or is it something else?
Answer Karen, It's not likely a timer issue. If you're sure you have cold water at the faucet, and disconnect the water hose at the valve fitting and have water there, it's most likely a faulty ATC selector switch WPW10202616 . It could also be a faulty fill valve WP3979346. But on that design washer, it's more likely the ATC switch. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
