Kristina for Model Number 5740TQO My washer machine is Maytag. It takes the water it washing the clothes and when is time to change the water, the water isn't gowing out. What's wrong with it. Please help me.
Answer Hello Kristina. If the unit is not spining or draining out the water, you will need to test the lid switch assembly WP8318084 and see if it is broke or bad. It should read closed with the lid closed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
