Hello Carol, This unit is rather difficult to access. The doors will have to be removed and the center divider, (units' freezer floor), at least partially removed to clear the ice from the drain. This has to be done very carefully since the evaporator coils lay down in this separator assembly in this design. I'm sorry but this unit is old enough that we do not have a service manual available.
