Dale for Model Number NNT196GZA/7A11A Was not defrosting. The heater was cracked from the ice buildup. I replace the heater tube and thermostat. The heater works if I manually turn the timer with a screwdriver. Once the heater comes on I turn the timer and the compressor and fan run and the refrigerator cools fine. I marked the timer screw (that I turn clockwise to activate the heater) and it never moves. I assume it has to be a faulty timer that the manual screw should rotate with the timer gear or am I wrong? Thank You
