Ken for Model Number W8TXNGMWQ03 I had water droplets inside my freezer. Most of the food on the freezer was thawed. Now the unit is working ok. Didnt seem to loose much in the fresh food section of the refrigerator. Am I looking at an intermittent problem with the control board? I made sure the condenser coils where clean and the condenser fan was running, as well as the compressor. Any ideas?
Answer Ken, First check to make sure the doors close and seal properly, there are no articles hanging over the edges of the shelves or door bins, Check for large or several open containers with fluid(s).
