Tonys for Model Number ED25RQXYW02 Our refrigerator does not work. However, when refrigerator is plugged in, all the lights work but fan and refrigerator does not run. What could be the problem? I am thinking it could be something wrong with adaptive electric board timer or cold control. How should I test the adaptive electric board with DMM using continuity? There are six pins on electric board. Which one should I connect to each other to confirm either its working or not? Thanks
Answer Hello Tonys. Test for power coming through the cold control. If it comes to it, but not through it, you will need to replace the cold control on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
