Answer Patricia, The control board that is needed for the defrost is part number WPW10503278 and is the control board in the refrigerator compartment that you adjust the temperatures on. To remove the control panel you will need to first remove the light cover. Once the light cover is removed look at the back part of the controls and there will be 2 slots. Using a flat blade screwdriver push in on the tabs that hold the panel in place. This will allow the control to drop down and allow you to change the control board. Read More...
