Shawn for Model Number GSH22GMD CC This unit operatates fine but never defrosts, freezes up about every 3 to 4 days. Would it be the board, defrost termination or heater coil?
Answer Hello Shawn. Test the heater and the thermostat. Should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, then replace the mother board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
