Bill for Model Number 10651599010 Kenmore side by side with cold freezer compartment, warm refrigerator compartment. No ice on evaporator coils and the fan works fine. I examined the damper control and it is in working order. When I open the refrigerator and put my hand over the damper outlet, I can't feel any air flowing from the freezer box. If I also open the freezer door, cold air immediately begins blowing through the damper outlet into the refrigerator side (as I suspect it should when the freezer door is closed). I might be way off base, but all I can think of is that the path for cold air to return to the freezer box from the refrigerator box is somehow blocked or obstructed, but I can't see where the air returns to the freezer box. Or maybe it's something else I'm not thinking of. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Answer Hello Bill. The return is behind the drawers in the bottom on the divider wall. You need to check it and see if it is blocked. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, August 6, 2015
