Mike for Model Number ed5gtgxnq00 My refridgerator freezes the items in the lower cabinet, and some time the items get to hot. The freezer does the same. What do you think is causes this problem?
Answer Hello Mike. Check and see if the compressor is running at times, and the fan motor 4389144 is not running. If so, it will cause the problem you are having.
