John for Model Number jenn-air JRSDE247 What is the w or b stand for at the end of the model no, the freezer compartment will ice over top to bottom.I replaced the heating elements, but it will freeze over in a few weeks.Can it be the defrost timer if so what is the location.. Answer John, The Letter at the end of the model number designates the color of the product W for White, B for Black, etc. The defrost timer WP68233-3 on your model refrigerator is located on the front bottom of the unit. First remove power to the refrigerator. Remove the kickplate grille on the front. On the center frame there should be two 1/4 inch hex head screws, Remove the screws and the timer and bracket can be removed and replaced. Read More...
