Melissa W. for Model Number GX2FHDXVBO3 My freezer is still frozen but the refrigerator is getting warm. This has happened several times. We always unplug it and thaw it out and it is fine for a few weeks and then happens again. What do we do??
Answer Melissa, it sounds like you have a defrost system failure. You will need to test the heater WP12729128, defrost thermostat WPW10165425, and electronic control WPW10503278.
