Hello Jim. I think I would check the cold water valve 285805. Actually I would check the screen in the cold water side of the valve first and check both ends of the cold water hose for screens. I would also make sure the cold water hasn't been turned off. I doubt there is an issue with the timer. Although it is possible, it isn't the most probable cause of your issue.
