I have a Maytag Neptune model # MDE4000AYW. I am not sure which part I need. They both say they are compatible with my model. Timer AP6007935 or Timer,Electronic Dry AP6007988. Thank you

Hello Joseph, If the serial number on your units' I.D. tag begins with 40 or lower you will need to order WP33001730. If the serial number begins with 41 or higher order WP33002676.
