Cindy W for Model Number MDE 4000AYW My dryer will not stop. It keeps running if I don't turn it off with the knob. Do I need a timer cap and knob or the entire timer? Is this a timer issue? If not, what else can I check?
Answer Cindy, Normally, it would be a timer issue. in your case, it could also be a dryness control board and or sensor bar issue WP33002389 and 33001809. Its most likely an issue in the dryness control assembly, but you'd need a multi meter to test the neutral circuit through the PCB. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
