Gary for Model Number LSQ8511KQ0 I ordered a dryer and washer timer. The washer timer gets stuck in cycles. Now, I have put 2 timers in my washer and it still stops on some of the cycles when it pauses. Other than the timer, what may be causing this issue?
Answer Gary, First, disconnect the wire harness from the timer WP3951702, check the brass contact terminals on the timer to see if any of them are bent twisted or loose. Check the insertion end of the harness/timer connector block for the same. Then check the lid switch 3949247V for proper mounting and operation, also check the lid hinges and bushings for excessive wear or damage. Then check the water level switch and tube W10337780 to make sure there aren't any clogs and that switch resets to the empty position. Read More...
