Hello Vic, Open the lid and grab one edge of the inner tub and try to move it. If it appears to be loose, (not referring to the spring loaded suspension), the drive block has probably failed. If the tub isn't loose, fill the tub at least partially with water and pull the drain line out of the standpipe far enough to see how fast the water is exiting the machine. If the water is coming out fully, I would next check the motor coupler. If you need more information, we have illustrated instructions on the dis-assembly and repair of these units, but due to incompatible formats, it cannot be posted here. We would have to send it to an e-mail address in the attachment.
