Francisco S for Model Number WTW 5200 SQO My washer model wtw5200sqo, doesn't spin at all. I checked the lid shut of and it is ok, also the motor OHM readings are normal, the clutch assembly looks ok as well as the coupling. Could the failure be timer related. It is the only part that I haven't checked. Thanks.
Answer Francisco, If the unit motor is turning on for the spin then the most likely cause is the brake or clutch. You would also want to check the drain pump for clog and check the pressure hose for kinks and clogs. If the pressure switch does not reset then it would cause the unit to not spin. Read More...
