Andrew for Model Number YLTE6234DQ3 Hi there, I have an issue with my washer where it never shuts off the water. It constantly fills up the water to level I set; by end of wash cycle, it will refill the water. Instead of having dry clothes, I have all wet clothes. So, I manually shut off water tap end of rinse cycle. Do I need to change washer timer? Thanks,
Answer Hello Andrew. There are 2 possibilities. It could be a bad water valve or pressure switch. Unplug the machine, if it continues to fill you will need to replace the valve part# WP3952162. If it stops when unplugged it will most likely be the pressure switch WPW10311356. Also check the hose on the pressure switch to make sure it is in good condition. Read More...
