Sherri for Model Number LLR7144DQ0 My washer was off balance so I turned it off and adjusted the load. Now it won't turn back on. There is power to the outlet, the lid switch works, and the knob turns properly but when I pull it to start it, it won't start. What is my problem?
Answer Hello Sherri. You will need to check and see if the lid switch is broke on the unit and will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
