Tiffany for Model Number 3979617 My dryers Timer will not advance, The heat is working fine, but it never moves to stop a cycle. Do I need a new dryer timer or could it be a different problem?
Answer Hello Tiffany. If there is power to the timer motor, and it does not advance, you will replace the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
