Steve H for Model Number Whirlpool LER7646JQ0 When timer is set and the start button is pressed; the dryer doesn't start. I can hear the timer ticking. I suspect the timer has gone bad and will test it tonight. Any other suggestions?
Answer Steve, You will want to test the door switch to make sure that it is good. With door closed you should have continuity. If not then the door switch would need to be replaced.
