Larry for Model Number LSQ9659PW4 At the end of the wash cycle and before it drains to go to the spin cycle it goes into a pause. Sometimes it never comes out of the pause and will stay there for 15 minutes or more. To get it to start again I try different things. Sometimes just opening and closing the lid will get it to start. Other times I have to push in and then pull out the timer control knob. So far it has always started again when I do either of those two things. Any idea what may be wrong?
Answer Hello Larry. If you can raise and lower the lid to start it, you will need to check and see if the lid switch WP8318084 is broke. If so, you will need to replace the lid switch. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, May 23, 2011
