Ml for Model Number ATW4475XQO When we turn on machine it will work all the way through until rinse cycle then stops and starts humming we stop it for a bit start it again and stops again and does the same thing. We have to stop it wait and then start it. So its taking a long time to complete load. I think its the timer. What do you think?
Answer ML, It sounds like the timer could be the issue with the unit. It sounds like the contact that determines spin and agitate is sticking causing the motor to hum and unit to not operate.
