Mike for Model Number WTW5540SQ0 How do I remove the Control Knob and Dial to replace/repair it. Turning it counter clockwise does not work and I am afraid to force it in any way? I also need to replace the Load selector switch as it is stuck at "small".
Answer Hello Mike. There is a clip on the back of the timer. With the knob pressed in, you will hold the clip and pull out on the timer knob WP8566022. These can be a little tricky to remove.
