Mark S. for Model Number KAWS750-GQ1 My washer works but it will not advance from one function to the next. I have to push in the knob and advace the dial by hand and then pull out the knob to start the next part of the wash cycle. I know I need a new timer. The timer part number in the machine is 3952888. Your web search says part number AP3083779 but the description says "(motor not serviced)" What does that mean? Is this a new timer with a new motor? That is what I want to order. Thanks Mark
Answer Hello Mark. Yes, WP3952888 is a new timer with a new motor. "Motor not serviced" means if the motor is bad, you will need to replace the timer, and not just the timer motor. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, May 16, 2011
