Jimmie for Model Number NED4700YQ1 When the element is on during the cycle, is it normal for the timer to have a small spot that glows ever so often? It's only when element is on. It does not do it in air dry, or when the element has cycled off during a heated cycle. You cannot even tell it's doing it unless lights are off and room is dark. No burned wires or terminals on or around timer. Not constant just ever so often and it's like a spark but its not, just a small glow. I have the buzzer turned off but you can hear it faintly during the whole cycle unless you hold the push to start switch down and hold it.
Answer Hello Jimmie, This is a set of contacts that are sticking. That is why the buzzer is trying to sound and a slight glow is noticable. The timer WPW10436303 will have to be replaced to correct the issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, December 2, 2016
