Bill for Model Number DU920PWKQO Our dishwasher skips the pots and pan cycle, heavy cycle runs on the normal cycle and then sticks on the rinse cycle. It seems to start on each cycle but doesn't cycle enough water to get the soap packets to open before skipping to the next cycle. I have taken the it a part and cleaned the screen assembly removing a lot of lint. Besides your suggestion of what may wrong could you also give me an idea of the age of the machine. Answer Bill, With the unit sticking in cycles and not releasing the detergent then this will most likely be a timer issue. The timer part number is WP8535371.
