Ann for Model Number MGDC200XW4 The dryer works fine and does have heat but lately its been shutting off after 5 to 10 min. after starting. I can restart it but sometimes it will shut off again. Is it the timer switch?
Answer Ann, You will want to check the venting of the unit to make sure that the vent is not restricted but if the entire unit is shutting down then this sounds like it would be something causing a drag on the motor which would cause the motor to overheat and shut down.
