Jess for Model Number AED4675YQ1 the cut off, thermostat, and the element have been replaced, still No heat. Is there a board or just a timer that needs to be replaced in the old admiral dryer?
Answer Jess, There is a control board on the unit and you would want to access this control board located in the control panel. You would want to disconnect the wire on the relay for the heater and test to see if there is 120 Vac on the heater relay to chassis ground when the dryer is running. If there is not proper power then the control board will be faulty and need to be replaced. If there is proper power then the issue will most likely be a faulty motor. Read More...
